Weston Hornets 3rd v CCRFC

Cary won a hard fought, forward-dominated encounter at Hatton Field on Saturday.

Cary were pulled into a forward battle which only gave slow ball to work with. Two tries halfway through the first half by Churchouse and Watts gave a 10-0 lead. Hornets scored late in the first half for the first points Cary have let in for four consecutive games.

A turgid second half brought no scores but two points for Cary to continue their winning run. Man of the Match was Gareth Watts.
