Castle Cary RFC is one of the oldest rugby clubs in the country: it celebrated its 115th year in 2003. (You can read the history here.)

We have worked hard over the years to develop a friendly, relaxed club, open to all members of the family and are proud to say that through our efforts we own our Clubhouse and Ground outright — something many clubs cannot say!

The Clubhouse has recently been refurbished and can be hired for social functions: please click on the link above for details.

All are welcome anytime, with social membership starting from as little as £10 per year. We have a thriving Youth Section and meet on Sunday mornings from 10.30 until mid-day. There is free tea or coffee for parents with bacon or sausage sandwiches for the players.
